I was concerned after reading other reviews for these Villas, but prepared for the worst. Initial impressions delighted the entire group : spacious and stunning location overlooking a lake (an added bonus for the anglers in our group). They left us with enough supplies to last us until the next day after our extensive travel and late night arrival, but no welcome pack. We had to figure out how to get the A/C and hot water working. The A/C ceased to work mid 2nd week while the temperatures reached new records. The mesh had detatched from the frame around the pool. The pool had a leak. The bedding and carpets had stains. The smoke alarms had no batteries. Little things that could be so easily attended to, and raise the rating of the villa. Overall it was an excellent location in relation to parks, quiet & safe, and for the amount we paid, it was brilliant. We would definitely go there again!

After booking this house on Expedia.ca and paying in full we knew we had to drive to a different location to pick up the keys. Not realizing with 3 kids that it was an extra 20 mins farther into Clermont. We were glad to see there was still someone in the office at 11:00 pm! If you want the pool heated its and extra almost $200. We happened to be there during the coldest weather Florida has seen since 1962 and I had already to pay this fee, on top of that theres an insurance fee of $69. They do take cash for this but require a VISA imprint. I do not have a VISA and was told by the young man at the desk "Sorry theres nothing I can do" in a kinda of sorry about your luck kind of manner. The house I paid in full online and the other fees I had cash for. Sorry - STANDING THERE WITH A 5 YEAR OLD AND 2 VERY TIRED TEENAGERS!!!!!!! My sister had her VISA thank god and let them photo copy it.
Getting to the house was easy to find as they give you a sheet with directions. Upon arrival the house was beautiful, very clean, actually nicer than our house at home lol
Seeing and hearing the scream of excitement from the kids when they saw the pool was probably the best part!
Very tired and hungry we ordered pizza - I read the reviews so I knew to take some things like paper towel and napkins. Luckily the last people had left some tea and instant coffee for morning.
The beds were the only real complaint we all had, just old and cheap matresses. The pool was cleaned by Scott every few days and we took out our own garbage. Extra stuff we did leave in the pantry for the next people because throwing it out would have been a waste. Overall I would stay here again for sure, just pack your own toilet paper because you only get 1 roll and 1 garbage bag...bring it from home so its cheaper!!

We stayed at 1304 South Beach Circle Fiesta Key.

Great experience staying in at the property. I must say that, the property was very well maintained and was very clean. The house was in excellent condition had everything we required. Plus, it was in a good location and near to almost everything major in Orlando. The customer service provided by the property management company and the owners were also excellent.

One concern I had was dropping the key. The rental office is located a bit far away from the property (almost 10miles). I don’t mind picking up the keys from the rental office, but dropping off the key was a bit of a pain as we had to travel almost 10miles at 4.00 am in the morning. It would have been much easier if they had a drop box or something located outside the property to drop the key so that renters of the property does not have to travel 10 miles just to drop the key.

Yes they did have the express checkout option, but would charge $20 to take the key to office, which I think is not fair.

This was such a pleasant surprise as we were worried about renting a villa for the first time.
We stayed in Davenport, FL. The check in was in Clermont but this was not a problem for us. The home was everything we needed and more. You do need to stock up with supplies for the time of your stay, which we expected. We went to the home firat and made a list of things we needed and went to the local supermarket and got the things we needed.
We will definitely be using IPG again when we go back in October 2010.

I definitely will never use a hotel again after staying in a holiday home. You have so much space and in Paradise Palms you even have your own pool club house with all the amenities you could ask for.

Well done IPG and Paradise Palms

The first night after dinner we were going to do dishes and there is absolutely no dish washing soap or detergent for the dish washer. There was no hand soap or paper towels. I'm in the hotel business and when you rent some accommodations with kitchen you have to provide enough dish washing deterget so the guest would at least have time to buy their ownWhen I called them to ask why we did not have any of that stuff they told me they only provide a roll of toilet paper per bathroom and though we have 3 baths we only had one and a half rolls. Also the floors in the bathrooms were very filthy and some extra blankets they put in the closets were stained. There was no towel shower mat just a regular shower mat that was so nasty and filthy that I was hesitant to stand on it barefooted. Also the pull out couch was the most uncomfortable couch ever When me and my family go on trips like that we like to stay in a vacation home rather than a hotel and we had never had such a bad experience when we have rented thru another company. It really was a dispointment

We stayed at Paradise Palms. Lovely, spacious and very central access to Disney. Only thing they need is better towels! Helpful friendly staff on site.
