We just spent 2 nights here and fell in love. The hotel is situated next to sand key park and it is very private. This was a big deal for us as we wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of clearwater. Check in was smooth and my only complaint about that was we couldn't use the luggage cart without a bell boy which meant a 10 minute wait for him plus a tip. I would rather do it on my own.
We stayed in a double queen club level oceanfront room. The room was nice and had a beautiful view from the deck. The only thing was the bathroom was kind of small, but that is minor.
Everyone was extremely friendly. The pool area was gorgeous. We enjoyed the beach as well, most of the time by ourselves. The kids found lots of shells and had a blast.
The club level drinks and nightly snacks as well as the breakfast weren't as good as I had hoped. I would have preferred the kids to have a hot breakfast. Next time I would probably skip the club level. But it did gave a great view from the upper levels.
We loved it here so much we are planning another trip here for next winter but this time for a week.
Great stay! Highly recommend.
