My family took our vacation to Florida during the spring break. We are from Canada and we were ahead of schedule. We arrived a day early. The staff was able to accommodate us one day early. The hotel was clean and the room was big enough for our family of 5, and to accommodate us for our 7 day stay. The only complaint we had was that the pool was not heated. We look forward to staying there again next year.

Stayed one night. We didn't want to be near the beach traffic so this was a good location for us. Room was clean--bathroom was spotless. We had a room with 2 beds and the tv location was a bit awkward as it was designed to view from bed or turn and view from sitting room area. Not really a problem but worth noting. We do not like firm beds so we usually get 2 queens, as they seem to be more comfortable in many hotels where we stay. The beds here were very comfortable.
Didn't have a problem with furniture--our room was fine.

Good hotel near PIE airport with adequate parking spaces, very freindly efficient staff and the best breakfast buffet.
Room has good AC control, large desk, couch, table and light blocking curtains.
Right on route 7 Ulmerton

Sitting in my room as I pen this review - room is very clean lobby is very nice as well but have stayed in other SpringHill Suites that were much more modern - not sure if this is just their design but furniture could use some updating. Location is great as its near many restaurants and business parks. Downside can hear everything going on in the room next to me

Rihana - FABULOUS, personable, knowledgeable and an all around great person. After numerous conversations, I can say that she helped us in many ways. From restaurants to shopping or just shooting the breeze Rihana is definitely a great asset for this location.

The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff was nice as well. The complimentary breakfast was good and offered a variety of options from scrambled eggs to pastries, bagels and fresh waffles, hot cereal, coffees and juice.

My favorite item at this hotel was the complimentary Chupa Chups suckers and fresh apples available 24/7.

Room Tip: All rooms have the same floor plan. We started out in a King room, but changed to a double room for the additional space (that also have two closets). Mattresses are not firm and worked well for us; however the pillows are great.
