Had the original grouper sandwich with fries. Good sized piece of fish with the perfect amount of batter with out being greasy.

Atmosphere & service even better than the food.

Thank Steven V

Super-casual, fast friendly service, good food and cold beer. We had multiple items on two different visits and liked them all. Cobia sandwich cajun-style was tops. The best of the Frenchy's.

Thank jlfor

We have been coming to Frenchy's Original for years - and it's as good as we have always remembered! The seafood is fresh and prepared nicely to order. My husband always orders grouper and I am a fan of the crab cakes - all meat and barely any filler! We have found portions to have gotten a little smaller over the years, but I guess that's to be expected. Last visit, we shared the fried calamari appetizer - ok, but nothing that would distinguish it from others. We love their Tiger Sauce and their conch fritters are a must to order. We also enjoy the shrimp and the flounder. The restaurant has a great beach feel - somewhat small, but friendly and casual. The service is good and can be fast, so let them know if you are not in a rush to be somewhere. They have a nice beer, wine and drink selection. Go early or late if you don't want to wait long for a table. They have a few other locations, but this one is tucked a little off the beach path - and it remains our favorite!

Great food. Good, fast service. Server recommended Fried grouper sandwich which was good. I thought the batter outweighed the fish. I think the Cajun would have been better. Wife loved the philly cheese steak sandwich. Would go back again.
