When we arrived we were dressed quite casual and from the entrance it appeared that we'd be out of place for dining. The good news is they have both formal and informal dining both in and outside! We opted for the deck area and were brought out to the back of the restaurant with a sprawling deck with 30 or more tables overlooking the boat dock and waterway. Just perfect.
Service was quick and attentive. The specials for the evening were creative composed and varied for just about any taste. The standard menu is sure to please even the pickiest and covers all the standards as expected.
The cocktail and wine menu was ample and varied to accommodate as well. The key-lime martini was fantastic as was the espresso martini.
There is a covered bar area on the deck as well which appeared to seat about 30 people. We were seated near this area, but the location was a detractor in any way.
Fish was our choice and it was fresh and cooked to perfection. The sides were equally as fresh and creative.
I would highly recommend this for casual dining and will try formal dining if I'm back in the area with the right company in the right mood. Based on that the Romance rating could very well be boosted!
