We were in Florida for 6 days in April and had grouper for about 4 or 5 meals. We tried it at the new Frenchy's in Dunedin and also we went to Sanibel Island and had it several times. Sanibel was charging 'Market price'. The grouper @ Frenchy's was by far better tasting than anything else we had. Our friends cooked us fresh grouper and that was wonderful as well.
