Went here on Sunday early evening and were seated immediately and our drink orders taken. They do not have a happy hour, and the house wine served was kind of expensive for what you were getting and the chardonnay was not served very cold.. This day was the last day of "Lobsterfest", a special menu presented by the restaurant, so the both of us ordered the lobster and sirloin platter with a salad and fries. My salad arrived and was a nice portion, but the dressing, though it looked like blue cheese dressing and had chunks of blue cheese in it, certainly did not taste like blue cheese. Even the chunks of cheese in it, when chewed were some mild white cheese with no blue cheese flavor. When the entrees came the only good thing to say was that the fries were fairly good, except that they were made from potatoes with the skins still on, which neither of us cared for. The lobster was popped up from the shell and was then apparently grilled or broiled which gave it a good presentation. When we tried to eat it, it was dry and quite tough. Luckily, the server gave us a steak knife for the sirloin because it was needed to cut both the lobster and the steak. The steak was fairly tough and basically flavorless. I am not sure what was served for the melted butter but it could have been a butter flavored chicken broth which was definately not a complement to the lobster. Considering the meals cost $25.00 each, we both felt cheated. The highlight of of the meal was the service which was very good. We will not be going back to this restaurant. It is hard to believe a restaurant could provide such bad food to their customers and expect to stay in business. We have eaten here before and the food, though not great, was at least average, much better than this most recent and last visit..
