We started dinner with a Sake Martini, made the real Japanese way and we enjoyed it with the shrimp flambe, done to perfection and reasonable. Next, we enjoyed our miso soup, followed by a small , but delightful salad with a wonderfully seasoned sauce. The scallop flambe was to die for, the technical term used is YUMMIE. Seared to perfection, seasoned, and melted in the mouth. The meal was served with teppenyaki vegetables and fried rice which really balanced the meal.
It was impossible to even think about desert. We were pleasantly quite full.
The chef at our table was friendly and had good showmanship skills while preparing a great dinner. As a surprise, we then were presented with "A FREE LUNCH TO TAKE" EACH, that was chicken, noodles and rice at no charge. Wow, that really made this dinning experience even more memorable.
