Owner Michelle Clewer started this pub in 2007, and she's on duty most nights. American appetizers like chicken wings and queso dip are on the menu, but try the Scottish Egg (a hard boiled egg wrapped with ground sausage and bread crumbs with dijon dip) or the Cornish Pasty, or the Guiness Fries (with gravy atop). For dinner, there are soups, Bangers & Mashed, and desserts like Bread & Butter Pudding. Don't worry: there are American favorites like burgers and fries too. Happy hour from 3 to 6 with 18 drafts on tap. Nice place, not much on decor, but a friendly staff that enjoys the work.

We are wing-eaters, and were excited to see they offer blackened. They were delicious, served piping hot with just enough spice. We also had the queso dip - delicious with bits of peppers - served with warm white corn chips. It was early, so we had sweet tea - very good, not too sweet. Their menu listed Monday's special as $0.49 wings and $7 pitchers - a deal we will definitely be back for!

Went for karaoke. Management does not understand how to support, or benefit from the concepts. Staff has no clue on how the specials work . Weekly roast beef special worth the trip. Karaoke dropped after a few short weeks.
Sonic the typical sports bar atmosphere and drinkers screaming at tv screens is your choice. You will love it and the food. Also they have Irish brews, not found everywhere.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon on game day. They had a decent crowd at the bar but the tables were only 3 full including ours.

Started with the wings (.45 cents each during games-but .50 cents more for celery -which was white-and .50 cents more for blue cheese-which was homemade) Ordered hot, these were definitely Florida hot. Nxt time we'll get XXXHot. They were tasty and had a slight chipotle taste to them which was nice.

Also tried the shrimp & lobster bisque, which was nicely done ($3.99 cup)

Stellas were on special for $3 and they have 2-4-1 draughts (the usual American suspects) Ordered a shot off their shot menu, the Silver Bullet, a mix of Patron and Hpnotique, too bad the server had no idea what it was and it took 15 minutes to get to us (Yes the hubby timed it)

For dinner hubby had the roast beef dinner special which included roast beef with gravy, roast potatoes, obviously frozen vegis and yorkshire pudding ($9.99). I had the beef & guinness pie ($10.99)which was quite tasty but a bit dry. Luckily hubbys dinner was swimming in gravy so I could use some for mine. The food was ok,

I would say the quality was on the same level as the prices. Bad thing about this visit was the service. My god we waited forever for the girl behind the bar to serve us, take plates, bring drinks and she was not that slammed. Later we found out she not only had another bartender helping, but a barback as well (who was on his cell phone most the time) and two owners/managers sitting at the bar watching the games and doing nothing to expedite whatsoever.

They also had kids sitting at the bar, taking up seating that otherwise would be used by adults who spend money, which forced us to sit elsewhere, thus enduring the 3 hour marathon for two pints, wings and dinner (which we got to go may I add)

Oh, and the bathroom offers no privacy whatsoever as they've removed the door that divides the potty area from the diaper changing area. Tacky!I might go back, the food was ok, drinks were cold, place is clean, but they REALLY need to step up service if they want repeat customers.

We recieved a Restaurant.com gift certificate and though would give this a try. Nice menu with lots of options. We went with the sampler platter which included a Scotch Egg (a heart stopper but worth the cholesterol), fries with dark gravy (say good bye to catsup) and sausage wrapped in a pastry (the only thing that was just so-so). As an entree, I went with the house burger and it might be the best burger I have ever eaten. It comes with the usual lettus, tomatoe, and red onion, plus cheese and bacon. What puts it over the top was the fried egg which adds a richness I have never had on a burger. Lots of TV's with your choice of teams and a family friendly atmosphere. We will be back!
