This is an old course that has been upgraded years ago. It has some very challenging holes so choose your teeing distances carefully. The one big plus here is the general conditioning of the course. They keep it maintained very well. You also will pay more here than at most of the other public courses. It is close to Clearwater Beach, Bellaire Beach and Indian Rocks Beach. This is one of the reasons they charge more, especially in the winter season.

We played the Belleview Biltmore Sunday morning...pace of play was good overall. This is a classic Donald Ross design in Florida. Room to hit driver and lot of areas around the grren to chip/Texas wedge your ball. The greens were in very good condition. I would definitely return to play again. Staff was great.

We had a late tee time. We got off on time but play was excruciatingly slow. Ten minute waits at tee boxes. The greens were hard and fast so be prepared to be creative keeping the ball on the green. The overall condition of the course was okay but could stand some TLC. We rented clubs and the set was a good set of Pings. The round ended over 4.5 hours later.

Beautiful old course. The fairways and greens were beautiful. Greens are very smooth and fast. The type of course that if you are playing well you can score and if not it will eat you up. Has a driving range on site with all grass tees. Service is very good, more like a private country club. Clubhouse is very nice, with a good bar and also food service. Hopefully this will all continue as it has just been purchased by the city of Bellair from the former private owners who put a lot of time and money into it.
