These are great go karts that go really fast. We went for the lunch hour special and didnt have to wait. It was a good thing to do in a short amount of time.

When we first got there I had really high hopes for the karting. The karts are indeed faster than most karts and the one race we did do was really fun. We were very excited to get going as the facility is really nice and all the workers seemed friendly. We chose to do the "3 race special" so we could get the feel and have some fun. After paying we were told to listen for our names to be called to race. After 3 races I asked the pit workers when we would be up and I was told we had 2 races then we would be up. After the 2 races we waited by the pit entrance very anctiously, but we were never called. So we waited one more race and again our names were not called. I asked again when we would be up and again I was told two races and yet again we were never called. We had wait a little over an hour and still had not gotten a chance at the track. I would understand if it was a busy place, which I could see on some days it might be. But this day there was maybe another 20-35 other people and we had watched others get off and back onto the karts 3-4 times before we were even given a chance. We ended up asking for our money back because we did not feel like waiting another hour and a half for another race. If you have hours to kill and don't mind waiting an hour or so between 7 minutes of fun then give it a shot. But in my honest opinion there are so many other things to do in Clearwater that this was not a place I would spend any time with.

Thank you for your feedback. Being an entertainment business, summertime is exceptional busy. Even though it may not seem very busy by the number of people you see, customers buy multiple race packages. Also we can only have a certain amount of racers on the track at one time, which does limit the speed of our operation. We apologize that you were not given accurate wait times for your races.

This location is a little hard to find as its off the beaten path. We wouldn't have known about it except for a Google search. But we're really glad we found it.

The facility is very nice, There's more to do than just karting as there is a pool table and several arcade games. The waitin area is nice and has plenty of plasma TV's.

The races are the real fun! The karts go a lot faster than you except. Each race is 14 laps on a 1/4 mile track. The course is more demanding than it looks. There is a large screen showing your times and you'll get a print-out of your results after each race, We did the "3 race special" which was a good deal.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

When you're in the Tampa Bay/Clearwater Beach area, make sure you try Tampa Bay Grand Prix!
