Just got into Clearwater and was dying for breakfast. Luckily I ran into this please. Great service, nice view and the food was good. Hit the spot. Additional bonus was if you keep the receipt you get a ten percent discount at their sister restaurant which is located at the end of the pier from their down steps. Wifi is also a bonus.

Stop by if you want a home style cooked meal.

Locate right next to the Marriott and Sheraton, this restaurant offers an excellent choice for breakfast without a "resort" price. We strongly recommend Maggie Mae's for their food, overall value and fast services.

We visited for a second time and again the food and service were excellent, I had the hot Cuban sub with chips and my partner had the grilled cheese and ham sandwich with chips, both were excellent and great value for money.

We ate here today at around 12pm, plenty of people were in the place and most of them appeared to be "locals" which is always a good sign,

The service was great, we ordered and our drinks were with us very quickly.

The food I ordered was wrong, after bringing this to the waitresses attention she sorted it out immediately, this could have knocked most places down a star but she was so good about it I haven't marked them down.

We will probably return for the great food and good prices.

We ate 2 breakfasts as Maggie Mae's - in our swimsuits and cover-ups (headed for the beach) - it's that kind of diner. The wait was usually 20 minutes but it goes fast and there are benches outside to visit while you wait. The eggs were cooked as requested, the pancakes fluffy and we had plenty of food to eat and at a great price for the beach. If you are expecting first class decor or service this isn't the place for you - what you get is good servers working hard and fast to get food to your table AND vinyl booths and table chairs to accomodate those wet suits from the beach! They have outside tables on the water as well and we will probably try lunch out there next time we visit!
