I went on the kayak tour through the aquarium on a Sat. It was fantastic! Our tour guide was very friendly, we paddled for about 45 minutes to a small island outside Clearwater Bay where she informed us about some of the local landscapes and we observed some horseshoe crabs along shore of the island and some birds. The pricing is very fair compared to others in the area and we were just as likely to see wildlife. It was abother 45 minutes or so to paddle back. I would recommend if you have a kid to sign up for a tandem kayak. Crossing the channel was choppy, another party in the tour did fine with an adult and child paddling. This was a 2 hour tour and booking online from their website was easy.

Fun for all ages, well worth the price to get in, 16.00 for seniors, 18.00 for adults, or close to that price as far as I remember. Rufus the pelican was there too! Great, educational, you can even touch a stingray.. They rescue marine animals, turtles, sharks, dolphins, I don't want to give it away, so you gotta go!

They have been rescuing sea mammals since 1987. They truly care about rehabilitating the animals and the health of the waters in the bay. They have dedicated staff and volunteers that work hard every day. They truly deserve your money. It is too bad that it took a movie to put them in the spotlight. I am sure they were a great organization long before that.

We went here years ago and enjoyed it. This time, everything was WINTER WINTER WINTER!!!! OMG... it was waaaaaaay too comercialized now. It had very little education left. You had crowds trying to view the dolphins and every other animal. i was disappointed. I won't be back.

My son likes animals and really enjoyed watching Winter. We also took the boat tour to the other area -- it was nice, but not as interesting as the primary area. He especially liked petting sting rays in a tank. He must have stood there for 45 minutes!
