We love the aquarium and the fact that is a working hospital. We visited for the first time in March of 2011 and fell in love. We finally bought our membership in July and were told it would take 2 weeks to get it in the mail. Well...we are coming up on 4 and no one will respond to my emails or phone calls asking what's the hold up? I know that the place is small and is probably having issues dealing with the large crowds now brought in because of the movie coming out this fall. They also had a Groupon which led to even more of a crowd. BUT....they could respond to an email! Or a phone call. Today was the first time I was actually able to leave a message somewhere in their phone system...usually, no matter what extension I dial, it tells me the inbox is full. Let's see if they actually call back. Sigh. I recommend this place to everyone. It's not the Florida Aquarium or MOTE, it's not glitzy, but we love it. This membership thing just seems to be a headache!

upon arrival the staff at the front desk were rude. The day prior to our visit we had called to make reservations on the eco safari. when we got there they would not accept our coupons. they kept reffering to an e-mail they said we recieved that said no coupons. even after we explained that we had called the prior day and didnt book online they still insisted we should have read the e-mail notice about the coupons. This attraction, although a non-profit was way over priced for the size and quality. Our visit to clearwater aquarium was the biggest waste of time and money on our vacation.

They really need to upgrade the entrance, but once you figure out how to get in, it's really neat, educational and fun even for adults. I went with my Mom and we didn't have any children with us.

We all had a great time here. Plenty to see and do for all ages. Talks and displays on every 15 to 30 mins. Very knowledgeable volunteers to talk to and find out fascinating facts about all the marine animals. Lots of close ups and ability to touch some of the creatures. Well worth a visit.

We visit the aquarium with the family ( 7 and 9 years old) and we really like it. The place is small, not crowded at all, and allow you to really see dolphins, turtles very well. Trainers are energizing and relate the story of each animal which makes you feel closer again.
Winter is really tender and inspiring, I guess the film will really become a success story.
The Initiative to use winter's story to give back confidence to handicapped people is really powerful. Go on.
For those saying there is no attraction, sure it is nothing like sea world, but exhibitions with the dolphins are really nice and entertaining. We had a great afternoon there.
I would hardly recommend it, it is a real touching experience... not as commercial as the other theme park. Go quick before the film come out, it might be crowded after!
Most of the aquarium is in the open air, so choose your time during the day if your kids suffer from the heat as they propose the shows several time during the day.
