We love the aquarium and the fact that is a working hospital. We visited for the first time in March of 2011 and fell in love. We finally bought our membership in July and were told it would take 2 weeks to get it in the mail. Well...we are coming up on 4 and no one will respond to my emails or phone calls asking what's the hold up? I know that the place is small and is probably having issues dealing with the large crowds now brought in because of the movie coming out this fall. They also had a Groupon which led to even more of a crowd. BUT....they could respond to an email! Or a phone call. Today was the first time I was actually able to leave a message somewhere in their phone system...usually, no matter what extension I dial, it tells me the inbox is full. Let's see if they actually call back. Sigh. I recommend this place to everyone. It's not the Florida Aquarium or MOTE, it's not glitzy, but we love it. This membership thing just seems to be a headache!
