“Bring Your A Game, Camera, and Then Tear Up Your Score Card”
Reviewed March 2, 2014

A beautiful course, and very pleasing to the eye, with the toughest greens I have ever played in my sixty years in the game. It is almost too difficult, more so than the greens the pros play. Lots of interesting and well placed moguls, and the most fascinatingly crafted sand traps, ranging from very deep with boards, or hundreds of yards of waste bunkers bordering the fairways, to well placed green side traps. The carts are GPS equipped with plenty of useful information. Take lots of pictures, and don't torture yourself by keeping score. There are opportunities to save on green fees by looking for deals on the various golf internet sites. Be patient, also, because those ahead of you are struggling as much or more as you trying to get the ball in the cup!

“Poorer Service than 2013”
Reviewed February 27, 2014

Golf course taken over. Now time between groups lowered to 8 mins against 10 mins causing holdups on the par 3s. Range balls were free and piled up into neat diamonds. Now you have to pay extra. Course still very good

“Great layout... questionable conditioning..”
Reviewed February 26, 2014

Great concept and some incredible holes, but the conditioning overall was disappointing. A course charging over $100 per round should demonstrate super conditioning. The greens were poor and fairways were not lush at all. . unlike the nearby courses like Celebration or Falcon's Fire. With the incredible green contours, it would have been a treat to putt on true greens..

“Quick Trip to a Great Place”
Reviewed February 8, 2014

We took a short trip to this resort and was very pleased. The room was great. But don't do the timeshare sales pitch. It ended up being about 4 1/2 hours instead of 90 minutes. Other than that it was a great trip. The condo was very big and very nice !! If you get a chance GO! It was a beautiful Resort !!!

“Good Course - Unusual Holes”
Reviewed January 24, 2014

Since we are staying at a resort community literally next door to Mystic Dunes, I decided to try Mystic Dunes Golf. I found a good deal on GolfNow.com and played 18.
Some of the holes are great and unique but some are just strange - maybe it's me but this is a course you need to play once to figure out how to play it.
Would I play it again? Yes, but not right away.
Check on line golf discount sites but also go to the Mystic Dunes Golf web site and make tee times on line for less money.
Also, bring an extra sleeve of balls!
