Description: Family-owned and operated for more than 112 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list. Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Filet Mignon "Columbia," and fresh seafood specialties. Don't miss Columbia's Original "1905" Salad(R), prepared tableside with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil. Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo. Relax outdoors in our cafe or courtyard, or inside our Tapas Bar or Mediterranean-style dining rooms filled with hand-painted tiles and family heirlooms. Casual attire is fine, but we don't allow sleeveless shirts on men. We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Open 365-days a year, including all holidays.

My husband and I had dinner here last night and I cannot say enough wonderful things about it! The food was great, the atmosphere was inviting and the wait staff was very attentive. The portions were large and the quality of the food was superb. Don't miss this one!

We live in Celebration and consider the Columbia our hands down favorite. My wife has food allergies and always finds something to eat. All their main entries are excellant.
Try their signiture 1905 salad (which is made at your table) as a side or the full portion makes a great lunch or lighter dinner. Their sangria that is also made at your table is awsome. Unlike a previous reviewer, I recommend always saving room for their bread which is served as a loaf hot out of the oven.

Stopped here to grab a mojito and have a stogie with business colleagues. Was surprised to find it is the superb, illustrious Columbia of Ybor City fame. These are the most incredible restaurants - food is stellar. Service at this location was slower than others, but it does have a great outdoor seating area in downtown celebration. Desserts are sinfully decadent!

Cannot begin to tell you how good the food was but the staff was even better! Always there to open the door or direct me to the restroom and even got to say hello to the Chef.I was there as a large group for a wine dinner but still received personalized service. Awesome location too.

We love Celebration and the Cloumbia is a big part of it. Outdoor seating along Celebrations quiet main street is a delight. Old world Spanish receipies fill the menu and the drinks before dinner are second to none. Kid friendly but adult atmosphere. You'll love it.
