Description: Located in the heart of Celebration’s downtown area, Cafe D' Antonio enjoys a lakeside view with seating indoors and "al fresco." Dress is casual in this warmly decorated and family friendly atmosphere. With an open kitchen, the wood burning oven, grill and rotisserie, the menu features items representative of many of Italy's varied regions. Fresh fish and seafood, Black Angus steaks, veal, chicken, pasta --- everything's a specialty! Sample a simpler fare luncheon menu or a more traditional dinner menu; we have a children's menu as well. There is a full bar at your service and an excellent wine list with wines by the glass and the bottle. After dinner, enjoy a liqueur or cappuccino in true Italian style.

“Stuck in a Bland White, Featurless Extension.”
Reviewed October 1, 2012

We have been vacationing in Celebration since 2001 and visiting this restaurant each year and this year it pains us to have to leave a bad review. Since last year the outdoor sitting area/tables have been replaced by a featurless, musicless white extension that appears to have been "stuck on" The extension bears no resemblance to the main restaurant area and has none of the charm or ambience of the "original" area. Our greeting, when we walked through the door was "cold" and our server was disinterested to the point of being borderline rude. Not at all what we expect of a restaurant in Celebration. Market Street Cafe, Seito Sushi and the Columbia now leave this standing. Poor service, poor surroundings. Expansion can leave behind that which made a place memorable in the first place. This is definitely an example of such a case. Very disappointing.

“very disappointing”
Reviewed August 29, 2012

It started with such promise. We reserved our table, enjoyed a stroll around Celebration and walked in the restaurant to be met by lovely smells. We were seated where we wanted and were immediately served with bread, water and our drinks order. After that everything went down hill. My husband ordered a starter, mussels which he said were OK. Then we waited 45 minutes for our mains to arrive. My husbands LEG of lamb had no apparent sign of a bone and he said it looked and tasted like something you might buy in Iceland (frozen food not counttry). My daughters well done steak ooozed blood and had to be sent back. My chicken stuffed with goats cheese and spinach was OK but let down by what looked like some left over frozen veg thrown on the side. My son ordered a very plain chIcken which was so dry he said itlwas like beef jerky. We ate what we could of our mains and meanwhile our daughter waited and waited for her steak to be replaced. It came eventually and was basically cremated - hard to eat without the steak knife requested several times. We debated on whether or not to complain and decided we could not be bothered. We paid but did not leave a tip and basically felt very let down with what had started out with such promise. I would like to add my husband is very fussy about his food, I am not and I am happy with good service and just tasty well cooked food. But even I had to concede it was probably the worse meal we had eaten in Florida. I like to think we just had a bad night here and perhaps we did if the other reviews are to be believed.

“Hard to peg this place”
Reviewed August 28, 2012

The menu selection was ample, but couldn't satisfy our party of 7 (4 adults + 3 young teenagers)
I liked the wood furnace, which made my pizza rather tastier than expected

“Good Italian dinner...”
Reviewed August 23, 2012

Enjoyed a very good Italian dinner with excellent service. The restaurant was a bit noisy and very crowded, but the service and good food made up for it. Calling ahead is a good idea. We had a reservation and were promptly seated.
