We found Robinson's Restaurant a few years ago when visiting Ceder Key, Florida.
We wanted something to eat on the way home and also some fresh fish to take home.
We found the food very good and the fish was fresh and we had only gone seven miles from town. While there we had a chance to talk with Carl (Mr. Robenson) in the fish store side of the building. He told us we could plan a fishing trip next time and he will even clean the fish while we get a free meal. We have gone with him a few times since then and he tells the truth.
We are going back again this month because the captain is good and so is the food.

We went fishing (catching) with captain Robinson on Tuesday and ate lunch at his other business the next day. Soup and sandwich was real good. Also if you can eat a lot, get the "All You Can Eat" seafood special. Wow!!!

In addition to its dining room, this business offers fresh seafood in a fish market, as well as guided fishing trips. Catch, buy, or simply eat. I had the all-you-can eat shrimp dinner for $12.95. It is a welcome change from chain-store food. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Ate there with group of five. Limited menu but server pushed the "all you can eat" special for $ 12.99. Three of five had the special and it was good. Fried shrimp were very well prepared, fish was fried, moist inside but very little flavor, crab cake was totally overfried; no taste/flavor and was hard as a hockey puck. They have no beer/wine/liquor license so there are no adult beverages.
