Stopped for some Ice Cream on a quiet afternoon and wasn't disappointed. Service was quick and friendly and the dish was very good.

“Best (and cheapest) coffee ever!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 25, 2013

All comments on this cute, small town diner reflect accurately on both the food and the decor. The lunch time blue plate special is always good and reasonably priced. But the freshly ground coffee at 50 cents per cup is unheard of and keeps us going back. Refills are 25 cents or free if you ordered a lunch. The decor is very interesting but we really enjoy the chats with the local people especially the "zombie" hunter. We had some good laughs at his stories.

“West Coast on the Forgotten Coast”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 13, 2013

Latte, espresso, cappuccino, americano --- all better than Starbuck's and with infinitely better local color and 50s decor. Franklin County residents and a few travelers are the core customers, and some may not recognize the west coast coffee shop influence until they see coffee beans being freshly ground or sample the Ultimate Bagel. Location is an extra plus -- across the street from the Carrabelle post office, a hub of small town activity.

“Delicious bagel in cool 50s decor”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 14, 2013

Stepping into this beautifully decorated diner is like going back in time. Delicious food is offered in a fun 50s decor - a museum restaurant for sure. Fun for all ages, including small children, who will marvel at all the old toys and colors. Ate a most delicious and carefully prepared bagel with cream cheese, slivers of avocado, crisp bacon, and sprouts - a true piece of art fitting its surroundings. Freshly squeezed OJ and a good cappuccino. Highly recommended.

“Part restaurant part museum”

Lovely traditional atmosphere. Great service. Try the blue plate specials and the ice cream. Fascinating collection of memorabilia on the walls, too!
