Cook to order. And you will wait until it is ready. Nothing cooked ahead of time. Lafayette, LA style Cajun. Hot and spicy with the best Creole potato salad. They have only 3 tables, but a bar with stools lined up facing the wall maybe 8 or 10. I believe that a lot of their business is carry out. And I would do that next time and then eat in.

“Cajun Food Alert”
Reviewed August 17, 2014

We tried take out from this new restaurant yesterday and we very disappointed. We ordered their signature gumbo and seafood jambalaya. The gumbo was thin and had only small bits of sausage discernible. There was only one tiny shrimp in the jambalaya - it was all rice and tomato sauce. I am used to much heartier fare in Cajun food. The dishes are advertised to contain much more and certainly the prices reflect that. $8 for bowl of gumbo advertised as "rich and thick old fashioned with chicken and sausage etc. $12 for Seafood jambalaya advertised with shrimp, crabmeat, crawfish and smoked sausage.
A Cajun restaurant is a great idea in the Cape but this place is a rip off.
