“Busy local cafe”
Reviewed April 1, 2013

We were looking for somewhere for breakfast and not huge choice in Cape Coral for new visitors to find!

Recommended from passers by, we went in.
Place was packed, waited 5 mins for table.

It's not a high class joint, but perfect for a good American breakfast. Fresh, hot, good food and cheap too.

Servers really nice, gave us tips on other good restaurants which (we've done one already and was great too).

Would recommend.

Fancy a laugh? See if you can guess which Monsters Inc character we thought the lady on the register was like. Spitting image and attitude exactly the same!!!

“Great Service”
Reviewed March 18, 2013

I entered the restaurant at the height of the breakfast rush, saw a "Help Wanted" sign in the doorway & thought that I may be asking for trouble. Went in anyway, was seated right away, and waited on within 2 minutes. Coffee was right there, put my order in, and was served my pancakes & sausage special soon after. Overall a good experience...looking forward to going back to try another one of their specials.

“A Breakfast MUST”
Reviewed March 18, 2013

Annie's is the place in Cape Coral to eat breakfast. There is always a line, no matter what day you go but it is worth the wait. The food is excellent, fresh and the portions are large. If you order an omlette, order the mini omlette, which is 3 eggs. The regular omlette is 6 eggs! All the dishes that I have tried there have been excellent. On Thursdays and Fridays they offer crepes, your choice of 1,2, or 3 of them filled with your choice of peach, blueberry or raspberry. They are amazing! The atmosphere is homey and nothing fancy. The art work on the walls is all for sale and all the table and chairs are mix and match. It just gives the place a down home, mom's kitchen feel. The hours are limited ( they close at 1:30) and there is a limited lunch menu also. If you are looking for a great breakfast, this is the place.

“Great Food!”
Reviewed March 12, 2013 via mobile

Parking in front or around back.
Food just like mom made (or better if she was a bad cook). Prices are great and portion sizes leave you stuffed. Great breakfast selection plus always a few lunch specials in addition to the menu. Definite will return!

“A for Annie's”
Reviewed February 25, 2013

Annies is a local place that seems to attract both the locals and the snowbirds. And the reason is good food, lots of it and reasonable prices. It is located in a small strip mall and parking out front is limited. But there is plenty of parking in the rear lot. There are daily specials and everything is cooked fresh on premise. We had the 1,2,3 special of one pancake, two eggs and 3 sausages for $5.75 Also the 1/2 order of biscuit and gravy with eggs and grits for $6.25 Both were outstanding. The wait staff is friendly and your food comes out quickly. The only thing we did not care for was the coffee.
