We were on vacation in Cape Coral and had visited the resort as a guest just to have a drink in the pinchers crab shack, the view from here is amazing, looking across the harbour out towards pine island and the setting sun, very friendly and helpful staff,2for1cocktails,and fresh cooked shrimp/fish what could be better?Don't miss if you are in Cape Coral.

Three of us visited on a Saturday evening. Were told about a half hour wait, but waited only 10 minutes. Our waitress Gennifer was super nice and very attentive. Appetizers of calamari and conch fritters were delicious and plentiful. Entrees were king crab, snow crab, and stuffed hogfish. Everything was perfect. If I had a complaint, it would be the crab stuffing on the hogfish, which amounted to about a teaspoonful. Overall, it was a great experience, topped off with key lime pie for the birthday boy!

Stayed at the Westin Hotel nearby so we thought we would give this a try.
Very busy place, Probably because it's a lot cheaper than eating at The Westin.
Food pretty much average too be honest, I ordered the fish & Chips (It was a Friday after all). My Chips were black & Burnt, Why would you send this out from the kitchen to the customer???.
Two for one deals on the wine was a bonus, Service friendly and efficient.
Would I return to this chain?.... You normally have one chance to impress your customers within the Restaurant business..... I won't be back.

We had good and prompt service from Deano, three of us ordered cobia and it was tasty. However, by the next morning the three of us who had cobia suffered from various gastrointestinal symptoms. Very disappointed since menu and facility seemed great.
