“Fords Garage a Fun Place to Eat -Meet-Greet”
Reviewed July 26, 2013

Visited first week after opening!! Atmosphere is awesome and detailed including the bell that rings whenever a car enters the driveway, just like in the gas stations of yesteryear!!! Food choices were many and plentiful and I highly recommend the "Southwestern Burger" if you Like "HOT" like I do!!! Service was quick as we were seated within 6 minutes on a Saturday Nite!!! Parking was a major problem!!!

“Finally!”
Reviewed July 26, 2013

I am so glad that Ford's came to Cape Coral. Yes, it is busy but there really aren't very many great food options in Cape Coral! Same great menu and service as the downtown location. I've been back several times already since it opened. I love their pulled pork mac and cheese and the chili fries. Yum!

“Fords Garage in the Cape for Lunch!”
Reviewed July 25, 2013

We could barely find a parking space and upon entering the restaurant, the place was packed on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch. It will be near impossible to get in to this place during season. It is extremely well appointed with vintage cars on lifts in the center of the bars. The cars actually blow steam out of their tailpipes and the horn blows every once in a while. It's a great place to take visiting company as it really does impress.

We both had burgers that were very good and the presentation of the platter was excellent. The servers came around often enough but the kitchen was slow. It took nearly a half an hour to get our meal after ordering. With such a huge crowd, I can probably understand why.

I will definitely return when I have company come to town.

The only down side that I found is that the music is loud and with so many people the noise level is quite high.

“Lunch at Fords”
Reviewed July 23, 2013

Every thing was very good. I had the pulled pork and mac and cheese. Pulled pork fine. Mac and cheese is thickened with a roux which makes kind of second rate. Lady had cob salad and was well pleased. Stouffers frozen is actually a better mac and cheese. Certainly a great addition to the cape. Will deff return.

“They do it right”
Reviewed July 21, 2013

We finally got a chance to try the new Ford's Garage in Cape Coral. After dining at the one in Fort Myers a few times we were anxious to see how this one measured up. It was as good as we expected. Fortunately we got there a bit before the mid-day rush so we were able to be seated almost immediately. By the time we left there was a pretty good line of people waiting to get in. Our waitress was very friendly offering us suggestions as well as discussing the daily specials. During the meal she made numerous passes by our table to make sure everyone's glass was refilled. There were seven of us and we had a number of different meals from salads to burgers to mac & cheese. Everything was great. There was a slight mistake on my order but it was corrected immediately. The menu is extensive so you'll almost certainly find something to satisfy your taste. The selection of beers is incredible. The only down side is the lack of domestic beer on tap. But if you're looking for something new in the way of beer I'm sure you'll be able to find it here. I think the prices are quite reasonable for the quality of food served and we will certainly be returning.
