“Average fare - much better options in the cape”
Reviewed February 12, 2013 via mobile

Had dinner here on Saturday night. I ordered the ny strip for $25. Waiter couldn't tell my if it was choice prime or select. Asked the chef and he came back with some weird answer saying that because the wrap their steaks with papaya that they are basically choice.. What?? I should have known better but I ordered it anyway. When it came out it was no more than half an inch thick. There was No waythe steak was more than 8 oz.. The quinoa was good and that was about it.

“Good food and service”
Reviewed February 12, 2013

They make a great burger. But they are on the expensive side. If you go try to during Happy Hour at the bar. This way you can get half off appetizers anyway. I do like their out door bar. But management or the bartenders need to know enough to turn those patio heaters on. If your patrons are cold, they are going to leave. Like we have on more than one occassion.

“Looking For Something Else Found This”
Reviewed February 6, 2013 via mobile

Had a night planned out with friends at the Duke of Gemany but they were closed so we stumbled on Fletcher's. The food was very good. The wine was excellent. The service was very good. My biggest complaint was poor beer selection. My group is big micro brewery fans and there were none to be found here on tap. They did have a Sam Adams choice in bottle. Would most likely visit again especially if beer selection improved.

“OK, That's all.”
Reviewed January 31, 2013

Lunch was OK. The Grouper Sandwich was tasty, although the bun was a bit dry. Service was average, neither super good nor lacking. They, unfortunate.y for my tastes, have joined the legions serving "seasoned" fries. Whatever happened to good old lightly salted? The requested beer was out, so a substitute was brought without consultation and I returned it. An error was made on our bill (I was charged for the beer) but it was apologetically corrected. All in all, Fletcher's was "OK" but won't be a first choice.

“Just keep driving...”
Reviewed January 23, 2013 via mobile

Went in one night to try the place with the brightest sign in Cape Coral. Upon entry, it appeared to be a nice place. The restaurant was empty and only a few people at the bar. I had the prime rib after the waiter said it was the best in the cape or that I would ever have. The prime rib was bland with no flavor or spices/rub present. I won't be going back.
