We live near Fletcher's and we go maybe once a week. We like the menu and the atmosphere, but the service is uneven at best. Sometimes we get a real star and sometimes we don't. For example, last week our waitress disappeared on us--we finally saw her back near the bar chatting away with other staff. The week before that, the waiter was amazingly attendtive. We are not in a hurry, so generally not a problem, but the food takes a long time to show up at the table. It is usually really good, though, when it arrives. Also, avoid the Sunday brunch unless you check it out ahead of time. We went around May or June of this year and were bummed by the slim selection of offerings. We won't go back for brunch unless we find out it's changed.
We've been going to Fletcher's for about 8 months, and we will continue to go. It is good food and good value in a nice atmosphere.
