I was lucky enough to dine at Fletcher's a couple of weekends ago and was completely impressed with the specials, selections and most of all my meal. There are so many unique appetizer choices - From duck to stuffed mushrooms and lettuce wraps - all of which were superb. Each meal at our table of 7 was perfect - like works of art. All special requests were followed and suggestions from the chef were enjoyed. James Thompson, the executive cheff, certainly understands what it takes to create a wide variety of choices to impress and satisfy any appetite but remembers to pay attention to every last detail as well. From goat cheese stuffed ravioli with mink fish and lobster, macadamia crusted grouper to a variety of steak selections - all perfect. Bravo to James and Fletcher's - what I would consider as the only place for a fantastic meal in Cape Coral.
