Tough course, some fairways give you a little room then BAM your looking down a hall way of trees. Yes you will use every club in your bag and with lots of thought. Some small greens and some large all with testing little undulations that challenge you. Actually lots of fun. Everyone was courteous and professional.
Lunch after the round was terrific. The soup of the day was a chefs creation of a seafood chowder., Fabulous! What a great day. The four of us will be back..

Always closed due to rain, new head pro every year, just an overall dump. If you need a cheap place to play in the summer, play here. If you can afford to travel, get out of the Cape. If you are limited to the cape, Royal Tee is re-doing their greens this summer, so they will be hard to compete with in the winter. Falsely advertised as the only private club in the cape, but they are totally public. Only thing public can't do is hit range balls unless you have a tee time. This place just looks tired.

PPCC is a place where you can play golf on a course which is challenging but also fair. The greens are normally fast but true while the rough is rough so hitting the fairways is a must to score well. The clubhouse has great lunch choices and staff is very friendly.

Best course in the Cape. Good value. Plays tough out of the fairway. In season tee times are hard to get

Struggled to find a tee time on other golf courses so decided to try this course as it was close to the villa. Course was in average condition. Slow pace of play. All employees very helpful. Would only play here again in there was a good deal on or struggling to find a tee time elsewhere again. Plenty of other better courses in the area.
