“Good food!”
Reviewed November 18, 2013

We took the family to this restaurant for the first time since moving to Cape Coral. Being big fans of Chipotle Mexican Grill we wanted to see how they compare since we do not have any in the area. They fared well. The food was good and the portions large enough to have leftovers. They also give bak to our men and women who are in the service with free meals on Veteran's Day. being a father of a Marine this goes a long way with our family.

Reviewed August 23, 2013

This place is nothing special... And for fast food quality food, it seems pricey. Good restaurant to skip

“Perfect everytime”
Reviewed March 5, 2013 via mobile

I haven't been to a moes in two years (none where I live), so on a recent visit to the cape, made it a point to stop in. It was just how I remembered it. Line to the door, "welcome to moes " heard way too many times, but friendly service and my food prepared just the way I like it. The ingredients are fresh and the servings are abundant. Since you pick what goes in your meal, you can only blame yourself if you don't like it. They have great queso and chips, and fresh ice tea.

“Couldn't be bothered”
Reviewed October 2, 2012

We at our office enjoy the freshness and quality of Moes food so much so that our office uses them on average every 2 months for staff meeting lunches or special event meals at night. This usually means dropping $80-100 per event. In order to cater such an event which is more expensive we must get the order in 24 hours prior to pick up. The problem was the decision to order on the most recent occasion did not meet the 24 hour deadline and 10 separate orders had to be called in but was done 2 hours prior at an off time frame to avoid the dinner hour rush. We got an attitude when an add on to the order was made 30 minutes after the original time because one of the requested items was no longer available as advertised. My problem is the attitude of the manager. If you can't handle orders of 10 people in a row and then 2 add ons why be in business.
Panera nor Jason's doesn't have a problem doing it but they don't offer a wide variety of Southwestern food.

“Takes too long to order....”
Reviewed May 12, 2012

While i appreciate the idea of greeting customers when they arrive, 20 times while waiting in line is too much.... The menu boards are a bit confusing and if there is a line then they are blocked from view. There needs to be a simpler way to process and prepare the order. It was over 15 minutes in line and it just wasn't moving, so I left.. Tijuana Flats has an order system which seems better than preparing the food in front of the customer .. Too long for people to make choices.
