Service was fine.
The food was lukewarm.
The wine was a selection of white or red Oakleaf, nothing else was available.
The 3 of us had the special, prime rib: it was cold with a glaze/sauce on top, despite the very small pastic container of broth that came with it.
The potato was an old one that they added the toppings to and rebaked.
I had broccoli with hollandaise as a side. The broccoli was fine, not overcooked but the hollandaise turned out to be a cheese sauce similar to one you put on nachos, not the real egg yolk based hollandaise. I resent this type of misrepresentation on a menu.
Friend had mushrooms which were very black and awfully chewy.
Our visiting friend had asked for a spot where you could sit by the water and have a nice prime rib. We sat by the water allright but it didn't make up for the poor quality of the meal... guess you just can't have it all.
Won't be going back!
