They have a nice size community heated pool and restaurant and tennis courts and marina. There is also a nice fishing pier right there

You can see in the picture that the pier goes out a long way. People have caught amazing fish from there. When you get out to the end there is a small covered seating area. A great area even if you dont fish. There are benchs every so often so you can sit in the evening breeze
and relax. Some formal events are held in the pavillion. The aux buildings are used for auctions, dances etc. A small beach for sunbathers.and a small playground for kids. A good place to relax.

Great small beach with just enough parking space. The cafe served excellent hamburgers (the best we had in the US!) and had happy hours with very nice music performance by two amazingly talented artists. Very much appreciated! They also organized a sunset celebration party (once monthly I think it is).

Some of the previous reviews were a bit negative, but we found this to be a really nice area. Really great if you have small children, the beach is good, and the cafe served good food. On the days we were staying in Cape Coral there was a cold wind, so we went off to the Yacht Club expecting everyone to be in jumpers, only to be surprised by all the bathing cossies. There was no wind here it was calm and warm. They have several events here and live music. There is a public swimming pool, behind the beach area which looked great but was closed when we were there. Yes it is on the river, but small children were paddling and making sandcastles. My husband went fishing off the pier, didn't catch anything but saw many that did. We had no problem with parking, if you can't get in the main car park there is always room along the road. If we were in the area again we would return here.
