Has declined in service and fun since opening. Prices continue to rise and service is not as good. Remains clean and nice waterfront location, locals are obviously treated quicker than visitors.

Along with some co-workers this fine establishment was visited after recommendation from a local. It's a short, pleasant drive from Cocoa Beach and you wind up overlooking cruise ship docking structures, but it's nonetheless very enjoyable whether you sit inside or outside along the water at your own private piece of man-made beach. Order the shrimp appetizer, then feast on the fish of the day or a fried platter. It's all cooked to perfection and will leave you satisfied for eating a meal that for once is worth every penny you paid.

Most people go out to dinner, have a good meal then go home. At Milliken's that won't happen. On arrival you will be greeted by a wait staff inside the restaurant who cater to your every need as strolling musicians and vocalists serenade all patrons and an outdoor live band welcomes adults and children to dance in the sand! All this happens while delicious entrees are prepared to order. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a tropical island paradise as Carnival, Royal Caribbean and Disney Cruises depart the port. Don't miss this delightful experience at Port Canaveral, FL.

This restaurant is near the cruise ships by Port Canaveral and is a great place to eat before or after a cruise, like you really need to.
We were just visiting Jetty Park at lunch time and happened upon this place.
We sat outside and had a great view of the water and cruise ships. Great food and service and one of the best seaweed salads for the price including sushi restaurants.

Went to Milliken's and officially had the worst service I've had in my whole life!! I swear to God, I believe their servers are brain-dead. All the simple things like bringing ketchup for your french fries, cocktail and tartar sauce for your fried fish, and refilling everyone's water instead of just one person's seems like it is way too difficult for them. Believe me I am not a pain; I only ask for the basics, but this is ridiculous. I have been to this place probably five or six times for lunch or dinner and it's the same every time - except this time it was even worse !! I mean it was an absolute joke!! Please do not waste your time if you're going here with a date and want to impress her, or even with your family or friends. Go to Grills or Rustys instead. Stay away from this place. They have been there for several years and the service is worse than it's ever been!
