Description: Established in 2006, O'Toole's Irish Pub in Brandon is our piece of Ireland on Hwy 60. Serving great homemade food, extensive draft beer selection and good service in a family atmosphere. A soccer lover's dream with all live Champions league, Premiership and US Soccer games live on our many Flat Screen TVs. Owned by Husband and Wife team Marcus and Michelle it is like you are being welcomed into our siting room. I was born and raised in the Northwest of Ireland, trained in Ireland and England and moved to the US in 1994. Lived in New York and CT area for 11 years before we moved to Florida to open O'Toole's. We are passionate about good food and good service as well as O'Toole's being a center part of out adopted community. Similar to what you would see in Ireland! We also raise funds for Kids Cancer Research every March by hosting a St. Baldrick's charity head-shaving event.

“O'Toole's Irish "Gormet Pub"”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 12, 2011

I know my husband has left a review below. However, I just had another great meal at O'Toole's recently and must gush more than he did. First of all, O'Toole's feels like a family place and the servers treat you as such. I have been visiting O'Toole's for at least three years now and have NEVER had a bad meal.

The atmosphere is very pub like. There are TVs on the wall to keep you entertained and a big bar in the back. The menu is quite extensive with items such as Drunken Pork Shank (OMG!), Steak and Mushroom Pie, Fish and Chips, Bangers and Mash, Irish Nachos, and much more. You MUST order their fries with Guinness gravy. My husband and I ate two baskets once time. They are sinfully good!

Every time I eat at O'Toole's, I tell our server the chef should be knighted. Oh, and the desserts. Bread pudding to die for. Saturday nights are packed, so get there before 6 p.m. if you want a good table. Only drawback are the high bar stools. I'm on 5'2" tall, so my legs kind of dangle. If you can get a table up again the wall, there are booths which are very comfortable.

“Not you average Pub grub”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 7, 2011

While the outside and interior decor make this to be a typical Irish Pub, the food is superb. From the perfectly prepared fish and chips to the more exotic daily specials, the food is always top notch. Service is very friendly and all the staff are anxious to guide you to a pefect dinner. On the outside deck there is another bar, and you can spend the evening listening to live music. This is one restaurant where everyone is eager to please. The prices are reasonable considering the quality of food and the excellent preparation. This is still a Pub at heart, so the dining room doesn't have the most comfortable seats. Those comfortable on barstools will be right at home.

“Great Food and Beer”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 17, 2011

Otooles must have over 25 beers on draft. Great selection of craft beers and Irish favorites. Food is awesome. The lobster Mac and Cheese is to die for. The service from the staff, especially Mark was great. I went with my wife and two kids and we had a great evening. We had the chance to meet the owners and were pleasently surprised with how nice they were. I will definatly become a regular!!!

“Has gone from HERO to ZERO!”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 28, 2009

Have been going to this restaurant since the beginning, used to go so often my family called it dad's other house. Hardly see the owners anymore (not sure if Marcus and Michelle even own it anymore), the food quality has become horrible, and the service is usually marginal at best.

There was always a fresh catch on the menu, those are gone. The Black and Blue salad was one of favorites, the dressing is weak, there is hardly any blue cheese and the produce was wilted. Out of 4 entrees, 1 was left untouched, 1 was 1/2 eaten, 2 were 1/4 eaten. The server asked if we wanted to take them home, we declined. Never asked if anything was wrong, just took them away and brought the check. We paid and vowed never to return. Real shame after so many good years.

This was not because of one bad meal, this has been a constant decline in quality we have noticed over the last 6-9 months. There are way too many restaurants out there in these trying times that want to earn your business to waste any more money at this one.

“great place for food and fun”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 9, 2008

Have been going to OTooles for two years now and can honestly say the food has always been great! They added an outdoor Bar with a great deck area which is really nice anytime the weather is cool at night. The Owners and staff are always going from table to table to see if everything is allright . on Friday and saturday nights they have live muisic and while not always the traditional Irish music they always have good entertainment. The menu is a mix of traditional Irish and whatever specialty the chef (yes they have a chef) comes up with that night be it Duck , cottage pie or fish and chips! Beers good too!
