Believe the reviews, The Blue Marlin in Bradenton Beach is a delight for the taste buds.
These folks really know how to prepare food. Best grouper I have ever had. I like it blackened. Usually blackened covers up bad preparation. Not here. The spices were gentle and taste of the grouper was not masked. They use black grouper, which is the filet mignon of gulf grouper. Service was super friendly and attentive. Try the Flan for dessert.
As parking can be tough on Bridge Street, if you have a reservation, just drive up and you will be shown a parking spot and then brought back to the Blue Marlin by golf cart. You will also be returned to your car. Great in March when Bridge St. is is very busy.
