As Chinese buffets go, this one is pretty typical. Perhaps slightly better than some. They have the usual selection of items, including very good shu mai, extrememly tasty clams and mussels and a nice selection of chicken and pork dishes. They are also one of the few buffets that uses only shrimp in their shrimp with lobster sauce. Many of the buffets add surimi, artificial crab, to the dish, which I do not like at all. The problem with the food is that they are not consistant in their preparation. Last night the roast duck was so overcooked that it could not be eaten. Where is the quality control. As for the service, I really don't have any complaints. Some of the servers are better than others. Last night we had one who was good. She kept the table clean and was prompt with the check. My main problem with this restaurant is that they have too many tables and cram in too many people at a time. To sum up, my wife and I eat here once in a while but there are many other places that we prefer over it.
