Our second visit and can't speak highly enough about this hotel. For us the location is perfect being between Coconut Point and Naples so all shopping for us Brits is within an easy drive. That includes Miromar and Gulf Coast Town Centre.
The hotel provides GREAT value for money, the rooms are large and clean. The Lake House is good for food and drink and the pool area is large enough and usually quiet.
We used to stay at the Trianon in Naples but were always treated like strangers when we returned each visit. This being our second visit to Bonita the reception guy remembered us and welcomed us back. Things like that make a difference to us.
We were given a room with lake view on the 4th floor. It was big with 2 doubles and a large bathroom.
If you want 5 star pay a fortune and stay somewhere else, if you want great value for money in a great hotel stay here.

A beautiful period hotel, spotlessly clean. The room had all the necessary facilities. The pool area was picturesque with a lovely poolside bar looking out over a lake. Good continental breakfast choices, very friendly staff.

We arrived late about 10pm Geoff on reception was a very nice man and explained every thing to us. the room was very big and clean and tidy our room had a fridge in it very handy for the bottled water, the bathroom was spotless and also very big and by the way the rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels in the bathroom also every day, the next morning after a very good nights sleep we went for breakfast which was excellent, then onto the pool very clean plenty of pool side towels and beds. The staff where very friendly and polite. our tv in the room went pop and after phoning reception there was a new tv replaced within minutes ( great service ). This hotel was all we asked for, clean, friendly and ouiet.

We got an excellent price for this hotel through Virgin Atlantic and it was the last stop on our itinery travelling round Southern Florida. The hotel was very nicely furtnished and quite formal. We rather missed having a fridge as had been available at all the other accomodation we stayed in though.

The lake house restaurant provided very tasty filling meals and has its own supply of alligators in the adjoining lake that provide lunchtime interest. The pool area was relaxing with plenty of sunbed availability when we were there and abundant towels.

Only two slight niggles. The complimentary continental breakfast got a bit samey and the croissants were not up to european standards. It is ialso a shame its near quite a busy road, not that the noise impinged but just from an aesthetic point of view. Sorry, one more, 'fitness room' is not worth the name.

Fantastic places to visit are the shell filled Bonita Beach (get there early to avoid parking problems) and Corkscrew Swamp wildlife preservice which has amazing animals right near the boardwalk.

We had a weekend stay at the Trianon. Our room overlooked the pool & was very clean & large w/ a king size bed. Only drawback for us was that the bed had a foam mattress and we would have liked it a little firmer. Some rooms have frigs, ours did not. There was nice covered patio next to the pool as well as an open dining area. Service was courteous and friendly. Complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of choices- juices, breads, cereals, fruits. Short drive to beach and malls nearby. Pool was on the small size but great for cooling off. It was a very good value and we would stay there again.

We`ve stayed in this hotel for the last three years. Rooms are big, clean and very comfortable. Especially the beds. Best i`ve ever slept in. Staff are anonymous but very helpful when required.Great location. 10 mins drive to the beach , shopping at Coconut point and 15 mins to Miramar Outlets. U.S. 41 runs just outside the grounds but the noise is not intrusive. Nice pool area with grill bar. Restaurants and shopping just across the car park. Nice outdoor bar in shopping area.
I`m going back....if the fuel costs don`t price me out of air travel.
