We recently spent a month in Bonita springs and this restaurant became a regular stop for us. The staff were friendly and very helpful amid the hustle and bustle of line ups and a full house most times we went. The bar seemed like a really fun place with many locals there. The atmosphere is somewhere in between dress up and casual.
The specials of the day were great and just the right amount of food with a small salad that didn't fill you up too much before the main course - sea bass that melted in my mouth, a local fish that comes in very rarely (I think it was Cobia) also superb. Their salmon became a repeated dish for us. And their key lime pie was nice and tart like I prefer it. In fact I would say it's the best I've ever had. They apparently make about 50,000 pies a year, supplying a number of restaurants in the area.
I look forward to going there many times again on my next visit.
