Description: Enjoy gorgeous fountain and lake views from the screened porch of this Florida inspired seafood restaurant. Jutting out over the water, Tarpon Bay has a beach cottage vibe, where colorful lanterns keep watch over each table and a palette of soft turquoise and creamy beige complement the lush gardens just beyond our doors. Our chef infuses the freshest seafood with innovative combinations of herbs and spices for a truly memorable meal, designed to match the fresh and lively scenery. Find a seat at the inviting bar for a drink, while enjoying fantastic live music on Friday and Saturday nights, and Sunday mornings. You'll be in for a truly memorable experience.

The restaurant provides extremely fresh fish in many varieties and with many unique recipes. Service was excellent, Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant it self was nicely appointed.

“Got it all right - Service Food and ocation”
Reviewed September 15, 2013

Stayed at the Hyatt Coconut Plantation resort next to the Hyatt Regency in Estero (Bonita Springs) and saw a dinner special advertised in the Elevator (of all places). Thought I'd take a chance (I don't often count on Hotel Restaurants as my best option for eating) and was very pleasantly surprised. We all (a group of six) had a wonderful fixed price meal that included appetizer, salad, entre (there were three options) and dessert along with a bottle of wine (one per couple). There was noting we didn't like! The servers were great (professionals and got everything right), the food was hot and delicious, and the price ($65 per couple) was amazing for what was delivered. The moral of the story, always check the elevator ads.

“Excellent Food, Service. Overall Experience A++!”
Reviewed September 9, 2013

Our server Rick is the one who made this an experience and not just another dinner out. He was engaging and really was interested in what we were looking to take away from our visit. I can say I've learned a lot about beer, lobster, oysters, and Rick is definitely going to see us again!!

“great hotel- restaurant good but fish real bad”
Reviewed August 27, 2013

we live in the Bonita springs area. when friends or family come in town they love to go to tarpon bay before cooking s'mores on the firepit. bread great. pasta great. service ok. wine great. 38 dollar fish absolutely horrible and the accompanying rice -drieiest in the land. I truly wonder if the chef or manage ever did a taste test. but it won't stop us from coming back- next time I will just order the flatbreads. trust me after 4 visits the grouper dish is still a major disapointment.
