“Good lunch”
Reviewed January 9, 2013 via mobile

Nice restaurant with indoor or outdoor seating. Nice variety on the lunch menu. Had the French dip sandwich which was very good. Better than the usual hotel restaurant food.

“Good, Safe Bet.”
Reviewed December 29, 2012

Casual atmosphere that offers "Hyatt standard" fare as well as local sea food. Good variety. Great Chicken Tortilla Soup and Tarte Tatin. Large portions. Sunday a Prime Rib dinner is offered and is quite good. Was able to attend the Thanksgiving Buffet and was blown away by the variety and quality of the food on offer (I reccomend reservations for the Holiday Buffets as they are quite popular w/ the locals).

“The definition of a S.M.A.R.T objective”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

this is the hub restaurant and serves perfectly good evening food every night with special offers each day. The staff were very pleasant and it was ideal if you just wanted to eat and go, or eat and bar! We didn't eat breakfast here but I have no doubt it was your normal high standard good ol' US of A food fest!!!

“Awesome!”
Reviewed October 31, 2012

Inside the Hyatt Regency Resort & Spa. A must try. The chefs are wonderful! They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Hotel guests don't have to leave the property if you don't want to and all your dining needs can be met here.

“A wonderful entree, but disappointing otherwise”
Reviewed October 30, 2012

When your dinner order is sea scallops and they are perfectly prepared, four in number and almost the size of billiard balls, you have no reason to complain. But otherwise, it was a comedy of errors, mislabelling or perhaps ignorance. The corn and potato chowder, with lumps of crabmeat, was more like a crab bisque with stringy crabmeat from crab legs (no lumps), and no discernable corn or potato content.

My black forest kirsch torte wasn't as advertised -- about 3 incles high, with a cheesecake-like filling between two skinny chocolate cookies (no layer cake anywhere in sight), and no black cherries at all. None! This was more than poetic license, and hugely disappointing.
