Description: You Can't Fake Fresh® - that's not just our tagline, it is the core value of the family owned and operated Pinchers Crab Shacks.Fresh is everything to a seafood restaurant, especially ours, and we try our best to deliver fresh seafood to your table each and every visit. Local fishermen and crabbers leave our shores daily and guide their boats out into the Gulf of Mexico to fish on behalf of Pinchers. They return each night with the best that the Gulf has to offer. They bring this precious catch to us and are one of the primary reasons for our success. In 2007, we purchased the Island Crab Company on Pine Island to serve as a fresh seafood facility for our restaurants. By having our own local facility, we can deliver fresh fish and shellfish to the table faster and fresher – whether its Grouper, Blue Crab, Stone Crab or some of the wonderful fish that you'll see highlighted as specials of the day.Local Fisherman fish Local Waters for a Local Restaurant. You can't get a more Southwest Florida experience than that, and that's what we mean when we say – You Can't Fake Fresh®.

“Excellent Sea Food and Service”
Reviewed May 14, 2013

We have been there at least 8 times in the last couple of years and always had a great meal and good fun. We have never had to wait for a table. Service has been excellent and no one in our various parties disliked their meal. Dungeness crabs are always outstanding as is the calamari appetizer. The two for one beer is a nice touch. This is a fun place with great food, good ambience and excellent service. Give it a try.

“Not so good.”
Reviewed May 11, 2013

The food was dry, fish was overcooked and the fries were not so hot and crispy. Very loud, and quite honestly, I'd go somewhere else folks.

“O.K. For The Price”
Reviewed May 3, 2013

We were a party of 4 and all ordered something different: shrimp, oysters, fish, shrimp tacos. It was unanimous that the seafood was good but nothing special (for the area). We agreed that the fries were better than most. The service was good. I would have been happier if the menu offered a seafood combo, like shrimp and oysters instead of all oysters. The price was in line with the atmosphere and quality. I might go back, but it probably would never be my first choice.

“Love the Grouper”
Reviewed April 10, 2013

Had dinner at Pinchers last night seated at the bar. we were greeted immediately offered beverages and a menu, all very efficient. The had several drink specials (2 for 1) I enjoyed the Bud Light draft which was a perfect match for my grilled black grouper sandwich They offer several side dish choices which are a nice option, the fresh green beans and cole slaw were perfectly done. The restaurant was busy and from start to finish were only spent 50 minutes which was perfect for us. Also the key lime pie is off the charts!!

“Needed good FL seafood....found it here!”
Reviewed April 9, 2013

Since moving away from FL over 7 years ago, I look forward to finding great FL seafood. This place was suggested to us by friends and we loved it. I had the grouper, and it was light and tasty. It was so good, we snuck in another visit just before returning to the airport for our trip back. Cannot wait to visit again!
