This property is wonderful!!! Staff is friendly, and professional. Restaurants are amazing, and the property is beautiful. Must take their boat ride to their private beach. Lounge chairs with umbrellas await your arrival, and then you see the dolphins !!!!! The beach is filled with seashells, and swimming in the sandy bottom ocean with dolphins within 50 feet of us.
I can not saw enough a bough this Hyatt. We needed a relaxing vacation, and that is what we got, along with meeting the best hotel staff ever!!!! We will return again and again.

Beverly, thank you very much for a wonderful review. Our secluded island and beach are a highlight of vacations in autumn when so many other regions are experiencing the first cool temps of winter. All of us at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort look forward to your next visit.

Spent quick weekend. This place is worth the money. Very professional staff, super clean, and the options of things to do endless. We tried almost everything ; the beach boat shuttle, the slides at the pool, the great buffet breakfast selection, the sister property lazy river!!! We did not have enough time to do the spa and roast marshmallows at the fire pits but that just gave us another reason to want to come back. I would say great for anything from business and families!

Reviews were so good I thought they must be writing their own! Absolutely not - this is a wonderful place to stay. Check-in was pleasant and we were offered a glass of chilled champagne. Our room was on a high floor with a useable balcony and great views. The room was clean, large with comfortable beds and a large luxury bathroom with twin sinks. At check out a lovely lady who worked for Hyatt spoke with us and, having heard our accent, introduced us to her colleague Emma who originally lived very close to our home! Both of these ladies were very friendly and welcoming as indeed were all staff we encountered at this hotel. We can't wait to return!

Room Tip: Ask for odd numbered floor (larger balconies here) and the higher the better! Our room was south fac...

Me and my partner just experienced one of the best hotel resort and spa's we've ever been to. Every bit of the staff made us feel welcome. This resort offers everything. One of the best meals I've ever had at the restaurant on property tarpon bay. Being treated like royalty at check in and throughout our stay. Some of the most beautiful grounds on any property I have ever stay at. The pools were amazing with the slide and being able to use the lazy river next door at the Hyatt plantation next door.
Thank you everybody at this resort for making my birthday and our stay one to remember.

The property is stunning and very relaxing. The rooms are great, comfortable and very clean. Lots of pool choices. One great for kids with water slide one for adults only and one mixed. Main dining room is very disapponting. Had to wait a LONG time to get in for breakfast and dinner there is eh at best. I have NO idea where the people of the resort disappeared to at night. Better to go off the property if you want lively. There is NO outdoor dining in the evening Getting to the beach is a royal pain if you are staying at the resort during a busy time period, The shuttle cannot accommodate enough people at a time so you wait. Also aside from great shelling, the beach is unspectacular. The lazy river is on another property and you must wait in line at 6AM to get a pass to go over to that property for the day. Not my idea of a vacation.

From the minute we walked into this hotel we were treated with helpful, friendly staff and incredible customer service. The hotel and grounds were absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and well kept. When we arrived we asked for an upgrade and given a room with a great view. The amenities were great--three pools, a boat to a private island and a shuttle bus that rode us over to a resort on the grounds. The resort had a lazy river and several pools. In the evenings they had a huge fire pit where you could roast smores. They also had free bikes and kayaks were available to rent. We also loved the two dogs that were the mascots of this Hyatt Hotel. We would see them in the lobby with their handler and they even rode with us on the boat to the island. We just can't say enough about this wonderful, well run hotel. The locations was also great with a mall within a mile that had 140 stores and theaters and restaurant.s

Room Tip: higher floors have a great view.

This is a beautiful property - far enough off the busy road to feel secluded and quiet. The staff here is professional, friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bar and restaurant choices are excellent. Three different pools provide something for everyone. Come back after a run and the valet gives you a bottle of cold water. Only downside is that it is not on the Gulf so a beach experience requires a ride in their convenient shuttle. Didn't actually make it too the beach though - enjoying the hotel and pools more than enough.
