“The one and only place to stay in Bonita Springs!”
Reviewed July 23, 2013

My husband and I were in Bonita Springs looking for a home to buy and decided to stay at this Hyatt which was our very first experience there and had heard wonderful things about the facility. Well they were all completely true. This hotel is remarkable. Carrie at the front desk was exceptional and excellent with her care and concern that we would be extremely satisfied with our room giving us a few choices to select from. She was extremely accommodating and we were very appreciative of her help. The Concierge staff was excellent - very friendly and nothing was ever too much to ask. Gail was wonderful. The rooms were very clean with many amenities and comfortable. Whatever restaurant we were at the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful to accommodate your needs. The Tarpon Bay while very pricey is certainly a treat not to be missed. The atmosphere was just lovely. All in all with just couples or families you could not choose a better place to stay while in Bonita Springs. We would definitely stay there again and again. Many thanks for the fine staff who gave such wonderful service and made our stay so very pleasant. I cannot think of anything they have not thought of for their guests to enjoy their stay..

Room Tip: Corner rooms if available have balconies and anyone with a bay view.

Great resort especially for the private beach, acess to other property with lazy river, great slide for the kids and plenty of space to unwind. Many Restaurants to choose from. Excellent friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms. A true resort with multiple things for the kids to do. Gourgeous rooms with dvd players.

Room Tip: Get wristbands early morning to go to the timeshare resort. Limited availability.

What an amazing 4th of July at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa. BFF, Stacie and I enjoyed our weekend so much. The beautiful hotel and amazing staff is what keeps us coming back – our second time so far and absolutely not the last. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. We were first welcomed by Ricky, our very knowledgeable and helpful bellhop. We received a glass of champagne as soon as we checked in. We decided again to opt for the VIP Club which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and deserts. Kishia is so helpful and always had a smile on her face when we go to the Club for delicious snacks. We absolutely love hanging out at Mangroves because Jason, Brooke and Henry make us laugh non-stop and their specialty tropical drinks – oh my! How wonderful to start our mornings with Michael and Suzanne handing us a mimosa as we walk out to spend our lazy days at one of the three beautiful pools!! Little T at the pool area, running around and helping everyone and making us laugh at the water slide. Yes, adults can do it too and it was fun! We really enjoyed dining at Tanglewood and that Tangelwood Salad YUM! Each time we go there, we request Sarah. Probably the best and friendliest server we have ever come across. Everyone that we meet at this wonderful place is so friendly and you can tell they honestly love their jobs. These are just a few of the reasons that make us keep coming back. Labor Day Weekend here we come and we can’t wait!!!

I've lived in Florida my entire life and stayed at every major resort throughout the state and never experienced a pool policy where the pool and other water features close for 30 min every time there is thunder.......saw nothing on local radar. No lightening sirens going off. Also when pools were closed there were no signs posted just staff asking people not to use the pool. Visited the vacation club next door and they posted signs, which was slightly more convenient than the guessing at the larger resort. If you have ever been to Florida you know we have rain almost every afternoon......just annoying. Also pools closed at dusk and private beach was not accessible at night so not much to do after sun goes down.

This is the second time being here and it was as great as I remember it from a few years back. Food is great, staff very pleasant and the resort overall relaxing. They have plenty to offer especially if you’re looking for a family vacation; bounce house, putting green, kids pool, slide, etc etc. While they keep the kids at their two pools, the attention the adult pool gets lacks actually. It would have been appropriate for the pool staff to not serve food to people already sitting in the pool or continue to splash beer cans (which were brought in coolers from home, despite large signs it’s prohibited). Aside from the Saturday (July 6th) experience with the “adults” in the adult pool making quite a scene, it’s a true family destination that can only be recommended. The kids will love the dogs, ping pong table and everything else the hotel has to offer, including the floats and food.
The beach is easy to get to and only takes a few minutes, so I wouldn’t worry about the hassle. It’s worth your time!

If you’re looking for something else to do, there’s the Naples Zoo, 5th Avenue, Lover’s Key State Park, etc. Plus lots of shopping across the street from the hotel if you’re looking to stimulate the economy a bit further.

Room Tip: Book a room away from the elevator and facing the bay.

Spent time at our vacation club Next Door and are able to use the facilities here. We have been here many times, but this is the first time I used the spa. It was amazing. Call for specials, my daughter and I had a 50 minute hot stone massage for $100 each. We arrived early and used the sauna and steam room. Friendly staff in the spa. Friendly staff in the gift shop. Pool is great for kids and adults of all ages. Poolside drink service with daily drink specials. Great time as always.
