“A Terrific Value for Families!!!”
Reviewed March 21, 2008

We stayed in a 2 bedroom boutique suite that was beautiful and spacious! Our two boys (10, 13) loved having their own bedroom (2 full size beds) with flat screen TV and full bath. We loved having our own bedroom also - Queen bed, flat screen TV with full bath.

The layout of the 2 bdrm suites is terrific for families, as the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living room, so you really feel like you have your own space. So much better than most hotels where the whole family is sharing one room and one bathroom.

The living room area has a pull-out sofa, another flat screen TV, and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, 2 burner cook top, microwave, dishwasher and small sink. Very limited counter space - but we weren't cooking anything elaborate so it was certainly sufficient for making sandwiches, etc.

The hotel's breakfast was very convenient and had varied selections each morning. You could make your own waffles, toast, bagels, etc. Cereals, fruit, yogurt, pastries, donuts, etc. There was also a hot selection each day - bacon, egg breakfast sandwiches, etc. You could eat in or out by the pool.

The hotel location was terrific as well - only a few short miles to drive to Bonita Beach or Barefoot Beach (about 3.5 miles away) and walking distance to a plaza with a Target, Albertson's (grocery store), etc.

We loved the accommodations, especially for the price.

Only complaints would be they need to invest in a new computer for the common area - it continually crashed. We only needed it to check in for our flight online, but it was a frustrating and long process.

The carpet in the living room area of our room was stained and unattractive, however we did not complain about it. I do think if we had said something, they would have taken care of it.

The staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

There is also a coin operated laundry room with commercial sized washers and dryers and a small fitness room with treadmills, etc.

If you book a boutique room in the renovated side of the hotel, you cannot go wrong for the price!!

WOW! what a great place. If you don't like this place, there is something wrong with YOU! The manager KIM went above and beyond her duties getting us tickets to a spring training game when we couldn't (not like we didn't try). She was also very helpful when we were booking the room ,corresponding via email when requested in a very quick manner. Kim sent us a brochure of the hotel which helped in our decision. The room was very clean and very homey. To have access to a full sized fridge, microwave and dishwasher is a definate plus and we weren't even in a renovated room. I must say the cleaning staff do an awesome job. We felt very secure using the table wear provided. Thank you! The restaurant guy (sorry forgot your name), was a man with vast knowledge of the area and dining. He suggested a restaurant along the beach where we saw dolphins swimming by. We can't wait to return to the Inn at the Springs. TWO RED SOX thumbs up! an 11 out 10!

We booked a Boutique Studio and stayed seven nights. The renovated Boutique section of the hotel is very nice, but the rest of the Inn is below standards. Upon arrival, we were told we would be "upgraded", and the "upgrade" was in the "old part" of the Inn. Of course we passed on the offer...because of the condition of the room...The layout of the "Breakfast area" is terrible. Way too small, and while we were there a radio station had "moved in" during the breakfast hour, which not only was annoying for those of us who could have cared less about the baseball games going on nearby...but a real distraction..The Inn is in a great location, but really needs TLC!! The pool area had no umbrellas and the pool needed attention. Not sure if we would return or recommend this property...The carpets in the hallways and entryway were nasty. Our room was on the 4th floor and the wing was NonSmoking, but the smoke from the other end of the hallway was terrible....Take your chances if you book this Inn.

We have just returned from a trip to Bonita Springs with our family. The hotel was wonderful!! The price was very reasonable as well! Our room was very spacious and recently renovated.. We have 3 kids and were very comfortable in the boutique 1 bedroom suite. We enjoyed the plama tv's and the mini kitchen as well. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgable about the Naples area. The breakfast which was included was pretty good with many choices ( waffles, cereal, 1 hot item, oatmeal, pastries, fruit etc...and plenty of coffee always available.) The pool was a bit small, but perfect for our kids (ages 7,5, and 3) We had no problem keeping track of them in the pool. We recommend this hotel and we will be coming back in the near future.

The wedding guests came form all over the United States to witness the union of Beth and Brian Janoski. The rooms were beautiful and elegant, the pool warm and inviting and the staff attentive and friendly (you rock, Tony!). I would definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit to SW Florida.

The hotel was great, mostly, due to the assistance of the front desk. Tony Almeida made reservations for us, gave us fabulous directions, checked our flight info, printed our boarding passes and more. He made us feel like the hotel was a big extended family. Plus, he's a whole lot of fun. Tony is THE MAN!!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. We had a suite with a full kitchen including a full size refrigerator. The beds were just right for a good night sleep. It was quiet & the staff was extemely helpful & friendly. They told us a great short cut to the airport which is only 20 minutes away. Bonita Springs is very nice. We saw gopher tortoises, dolphins, and a raccoon at Bearfoot Beach. The beach is pristine with white sand and lots of seashells. Would have to stay here again!
