I paid $110/night for room "4" at the inn. Credit cards accepted. No keys to rooms, but theft isn't an issue. Clean, comfortable room. Smallish bathroom and cramped shower. A/C. Wifi. No minifridge in room. No ice machine--ice is sold for $3.50 per bag. Difficult to access electrical outlets. Staff are absolutely outstanding--just wonderful people. Skiffs and kayaks available for rent. No pool. Island has nature trails and activities but you can do everything in a few hours...which leads me to say: if you don't have a boat and are not an alcoholic, you will get bored here after two days...
Restaurant is decent albeit pricy. Cabbage Key is an experience--come here, but know what to expect. Try to avoid eating lunch at noon, when all the day trippers arrive...by one p.m., the restaurant should be peaceful again...
