My friends and I went to Chipotle for a quick meal after work and before our movie down the street. Located in an upscale strip mall (this IS Boca), the restaurant is basically a 'good food fast' joint. There was a long line (from the back where you order, to the front where you enter) that seemed to move steadily, if not quickly. Like a Subway, you give your order and your food is assembled in front of you while you indicate which items you want. My soft tacos were tasty, though the meat was a bit too charred for me and there was a bit too much cilantro in the salsa. The three of us ate for $30, so the price wasn't bad. I didn't enjoy eating right next to the line of hungry people, which had wrapped around the front of the restaurant by the time we left.
