This is one of our favorite hotels in the country. Having retired from a major airline, my husband and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. This one has the friendliest staff ever. The views are beautiful. The food is great.
This was the perfect getaway after dealing with the clean-up of hurricane Irma.

Due to hurricane we ended up in Boca Raton, excellent friendly hotel, large spacious rooms. Lovely pool and bar area where you can watch the boats pass by.
Staff attentive, friendly and welcoming and a nice touch was the champagne each day at 4.30

Enjoyed our stay, having our daughters wedding near by. Food was pricey but enjoyable. Nice location outside for happy hour & entertaining friends & family. Pool was nice, however outside bar needed fans to move the hot air. Ed was excellent serving Frozee!

Earlier this summer we needed a place to stay having construction on our home.We stayed at The Waterstone for eight weeks. A hurricane lengthened our stay while the hotel met our every need. Starting with Hira and her gang at the front desk to the servers like Heather, Maribel, Candice, Milo, DeJean and Kathy. They all presented with warmth and dedication to hospitality. They made our time memorable and fun as they provided the best in hospitality.
Eight weeks is a long time but the staff offered convenience and a sincere ability to make you feel important.
We are looking forward to getting home but we will recommend The Waterstone not only as a hotel but as a restaurant and happy place to stay even when the need may be for weeks.

My wife and I wanted to get away for a quick 3 day trip and we had never been to Boca Raton before. We cashed in some Delta & Hilton points and came on down. It was right before Tropical Storm Emily rolled into Florida but it mostly missed Boca and went north. We had some rain for a couple days because of it but we had a great stay at the Waterstone Resort!
We stayed at the Boca Beach Club the first night because we had a free night certificate and figured we'd check out that for a future trip. It was really nice and then we moved to Waterstone. We saw very good reviews online for Waterstone but the property was even better than expected.
Chelsea at the front desk was AMAZING and the rest of the staff were great too. Chelsea saw it was our 5th wedding anniversary and put us in the best room in the place. It was 1001 which was on the top floor in the end of the building. We were overlooking the water and had a 180 view. It was gorgeous. They were supposed to be closing the room to replace carpet but she delayed that and put us in the room for 2 nights since we had a special reason for our visit. (the carpet was still fine too.) The rooms are newly renovated and the design is fantastic. We liked our room just as much as we did at the Boca Beach Club. (maybe a bit better...)
The service was spot on. Staff was super friendly and responsive. The outdoor bar/restaurant/pool area is awesome.... even in the pouring rain since it's covered. The drawbridge is right there and cool to watch it open when big boats go through. This property is certainly a gem and as a regular Hilton customer, I highly recommend it. :) We really enjoyed using the bikes at the hotel and being able to scoot around Boca Raton on them. Very nice little perk and you just have to ask the front desk for them. (Status makes the rental free I believe and the rental period is usually 2 hour blocks)
We'd like to give Chelsea a big thank you for being so great during our stay. She's definitely committed to giving the customer a great experience and does a fantastic job. Don't let her slip away to a competing property! :)
