Sometimes you don't know how good the service level can be until you experience a problem. During a recent stay I had an issue with my rental car. Of course I was running on a tight schedule. Jeff was running valet services. When he learned of my predicament he offered to call me an Uber, then he quickly reconsidered the added time delay and offered me the keys to his personal car. A classy move indeed. If that wasn't enough, the rest of the staff seemed to care about the guests to a similar level starting with one of the managers, Hira, who made sure every need was met including a last minute request for a conference room. Thank you to Jeff, Hira and the entire staff for a wonderful stay. p.s. if the service wasn't enough the property is simply gorgeous and the food was good too!
