The interior was austere, not plush, but neat and attractive. No tablecloths. Paper napkins. Pleasant background music from Pandora helped create a pleasant dining experience.
I ordered a noodle entrée with chicken and rice noodles. My wife went for a Pho Ga chicken bowl. Both dishes were very tasty, except that the mushrooms in my entrée were, strangely, very rubbery to chew. There was enough food so that we both walked out with a doggie bag.
No bread was brought for us to munch on while we awaited our dishes, unlike our experience at the Basilic Vietnamese Grill in Lauderdale By The Sea, where we had dined last month. We asked our waiter here about a bread basket. He said that they had run out of bread. Huh? This was lunchtime and the place only had five other diners. Oh, well, we still enjoyed the meal.
