This restaurant was average. My mom did not like the soup or her sandwich. I had a chicken platter which was good. It was a grilled breast of chicken, broccoli, and a huge helping of fresh, seasonal fruit.

We had breakfast here. Service was polite and efficient. Had Belgian waffles with bacon and poached eggs with sausages.
The waffles were pretty and came with a side of whipped cream. Bacon was crunchy and good. Eggs were poached just right, the rye bread was fresh and yummy.
Nice breakfast stop!

Though I've enjoyed lunch at TooJay's, a friend in Boca West suggested breakfast here, instead of a bagel emporium. Good choice! A new item on the menu is Bananas Foster ($7.49). Though this classic presentation of oh-so-boring plain bananas "topped with caramelized bananas, rum flavored glaze and sliced almonds" is advertised served over a Belgian waffle (the waffle topped with fruit is $6.29), the server suggested this desert-like topping on French Toast. Excellent! TJ's has a varied menu, something I can look forward to with each visit to Boca Raton.

as usual we went on a night that Rhoda our favorite waitress was on but she was not there. they said she was on vacation.
we waited fifteen minutes for someone to help us. one girl gave us water, then the manager took our order and finally the waitress assigned to us came over.
food as always good, my wife had roasted chicken while I had the shepard pie.naturally we had a coupon.

Nothing outstanding, but all of the Jewish deli dishes offered. The stuffed cabbage was quite good. The pastrami was decent, and a scoop of chopped liver was a good addition and reasonably priced.
