The location is GREAT with a nice ocean breeze/ trade winds. A stone throw away from a beautiful uncrowded beach and close to beach front dining, the Deerfield Beach Pier and other appealing coastal places/activities.

The property itself. The buildings. The common areas are adequate. However, the rooms, themselves are HORRIFIC. Old & dirty. Things breaking. Things not working. MOLD.

The check in area too me looks liked a sweat shop in a third world country. It was uncleanly, WEIRD and cluttered. I walked in and to my left is some sheet hanging up with a make shift dining area for their poorly trained management and staff. Meanwhile these people are charging an arm and leg to stay there. It is not cheap. Oh and be ware of unruly belligerents smoking and drinking in the common area well into the night. It is loud and nothing like cigarette smoke billowing into your room at midnight.

In short, the locations is GREAT! On the other hand, this property place is old, dirty, out dated, ANTIQUATED and needs to be renovated. The rooms, the appliances etc. are a joke. If these people want to compete in this hard charging reputation economy we now live in, they best start making some changes. If these people think they can rest their laurels on the nice location indefinity and keep these, dirty, gross, old rooms with crappy appiances and substandard service as their standard for lodging, then well, good luck, they are going to need it.

We rented this for week, and i was mortified at how bad of condition it was in...our stove had a carbon mioxide leak, our toilets did not work becuase they are 30 years old , the appliance are 30 years old, mold in our unit, rats, worms and staff that harrassed me and my wife who are disabled. It was so bad the health depatment had to come out...
this place is a health hazard!

You can forget the prior reviews calling for new furnishings! As of June, 2019, everything's been re-painted with all new furnishing. Even the washer and dryer looked new. Probably the largest three bedroom you'll find anywhere. Think "HUGE"- 2700 sq ft total! Each of the three bedrooms also has a rug (on the new vinyl plank floors throughout), ceiling fan, alarm clock, and flat screen TV. That's four TV's counting the large screen TV in the living room. The master suite on the second floor has fifteen dresser drawers, and about twenty feet of closet space. Two big decks, and two patios. Super kitchen with Corian counters, garbage disposal, ice maker, and tons of dishes, silverware, etc. A inner courtyard gives natural light to the living room, and dining room (which seats 8 at the new glass top table). Excellent Xfinity WiFi, with tons of channels on the TV's. Two great plumbed, commercial grade gas grills to use by the pool for free. Lots of grocery stores nearby. You get to admire the Uber rich condo's in the twenty-five story high-rises right across the street. (Mostly vacant except in high season). The beach is a three minute walk, with the crosswalk right in front ot the resort. We liked the fifteen minute walk down to South Inlet beach park with actually had quite decent snorkeling right off the beach. You can park there for $3/hr( 70 spaces), and there's a lifeguard, rest rooms, drinking fountain, etc. Boca Raton is a super place to walk- double wide sidewalks. Five blocks to the south takes you into Deerfield beach. A long pier there, lot's of restaurants, shops, etc. Our rental car actually sat unused for five days. If you're up for walking (it can be hot and humid!), you could probably get by with an occasional Uber. Staff is super, had three get together s, VERY quiet, so if you're looking for lots of activities, etc. probably not the place for you. Ultimately very relaxing, we'd LOVE to go back.

We booked our week stay at Ventura Boca Raton through RCI. We were very happy with the whole experience. Great location of the resort, large 2 bedroom unit with everything we needed, we could walk to the beach, and the staff were very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is good I stayed there like 12 years ago and I went back last year furniture is the same, look old in my opinion need to be remodeled and make it more attractive to compete with el timeshare marketing. a place, where you check in it, is a storage room given you no good impression since the first moment you walk in.
