“You will be very happy with this wonderful restaurant”
Reviewed February 15, 2014

What a wonderful dinner...our first time to this restaurant...and they made us feel VERY welcome. My husband and I enjoyed every dish. We started with calamari (excellent, tender, crisp and perfectly seasoned) and served with the chef's delicious marinara. I had the sole...so light and flavorful and my husband had the veal parm...the best he said he has ever had. The wine list was nice...not extensive but everything in all price ranges. And they offer a $15.00 corkage fee. We finished our dinner with cappacinos and tartufo for dessert (large enough to share). The restaurant was busy and our only suggestion is they should have two waitresses/waiters for 15 tables as all tables were full and the waitress was working hard with lots of people to serve at one time. The chef owner checked on us 3x during dinner and we were thrilled with our meal. We will absolutely go back...and bring friends. Make a reservation...it is a busy place.

“Number 15 in Boca Raton is ridiculous”
Reviewed February 13, 2014 via mobile

The owner and his wife are so lovely that I wasn't going to write a review. But to rank this restaurant number 15 in Boca Raton is so over the top as to invalidate tripadvisor. This is a pedestrian restaurant at best. I will not go into excruciating detail, but suffice it to say that if you want a lovely woman to take care of you, come here. If you want a lot of food, you are in the right place. But it isn't cheep and it sure isn't very good.

My question is, how can you think that is possible ever to enjoy your dinner or the date that you came with, or the food, and have good time at a restaurant when your main focus is that you are thinking
that your date is looking at the pretty waitress?( by the way she is suppose to be nice and smile its part of her job). Dinner for two $ 38.00 expensive ? are you joking? thanks for your feedback

We had a family diner there and everything was just perfect: the food is amazing, the service is wonderful. They paid attention to my kids needs. Don't miss it.

“You must eat here and give yourself a treat!”
Reviewed December 29, 2013

This is a chef-owned restaurant and you can taste the freshness. The service is excellent and the food fabulous. We met the chef-owner, as he never hides in the kitchen, he makes sure you are enjoying your meal and have enough to eat.

We were there to try a new place during our vacation in Pompano Beach and met family who lives in Boca Raton. You are first served some breaded olives that are a delicious appetizer. Our orders was served to perfection! The price is reasonable and the smiles on our face showed the chef that we were happy to try out his restaurant.

“Fabulous, Welcoming & Delicious”
Reviewed December 17, 2013 via mobile

In 2012, as visitors to Boca, we had the most wonderful dining experience here and couldn't wait to return. Our experience this time was every bit as good. Roberto and his wife are charming and interesting to talk to and the food is as good as you can get. There aren't a lot of restaurants where the owners, husband and wife, provide the wonderful food and the wonderful service. The prices are reasonable and the ambience is exactly what you would want for a nice family dinner or an intimate dinner for two. The only question we had was why there were so few diners, even on a Tuesday night. Wake up Boca Raton and visit Piccolino and have a wonderful dining experience.
